RAW FURY AB PRIVACY POLICY for Apple Arcade Games

Raw Fury values your privacy and promises to take care of the personal data collected from you in our games. This policy applies only to the Raw Fury games available on Apple Arcade: The Mosaic™ and Dandara: Trials of Fear™ (the “Game(s)”). This Policy explains which personal data are collected from you either directly or indirectly via Apple Arcade Games, for what reasons, how these personal data are used, stored and transferred, but also how you can contact us to ask about your data and invoke your rights. To understand how Raw Fury handles personal data outside Apple Arcade Games ( e.g. in Raw Fury website, on other platforms, when you contact us via customer support, community channels, social channels, via emails or physical letters), please refer to Raw Fury general privacy policy on https://rawfury.com/privacy-policy/. We only collect, use, store and transfer (“process“) your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including but not limited to the (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR“) and applicable national data protection legislation (hereafter “applicable law“).  

OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE APPLE ARCADE. In addition to Raw Fury, Apple will also be a controller in respect of your personal data collected in the Game(s). The information and data you provide when registering with the Apple Arcade as well as your use of the Apple Arcade will be personal data of which Apple is the controller. 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND WHEN DO WE COLLECT THEM? “Personal data” means information which can identify you directly or indirectly, as well as any information relating to you. Usage Data is data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Game on Apple Arcade (the “Service”), from the Service infrastructure itself (for example achievements) or from the Game(s).  

The data collected from you in the Game Dandara: Trials of Fear™ are as follows:  

When you play Dandara: Trials of Fear™, Apple Arcade collects personal data and usage data as stated in the Apple Arcade Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/uk/legal/privacy/data/en/apple-arcade/) and stores them on iCloud, the Apple services. Raw Fury does not collect nor access any personal data from you in Dandara: Trials of Fear™. Raw Fury does not use any third-party analytics services for collecting or storing any personal data. We do not use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user activity when you access the Service or play Dandara: Trials of Fear™. Finally, Raw Fury does not and will not sell personal data about users of the Game(s).  

The data collected from you in the Game The Mosaic™ are as follows:  

When you play The Mosaic™, Apple Arcade collects personal data and usage data as stated in the Apple Arcade Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/uk/legal/privacy/data/en/apple-arcade/) and stores them on the Apple services iCloud and Game Center. The following data are collected: (i) Game Center ID, for the purpose of achievements, game saves and for cross saves for the same account across different Apple devices (iOS, iPad, MacOS, TvOS); and (ii) usage data through Apple services (please note that it does NOT include IP address, email address, usernames, or any other personal data that does not have anything to do with playing the Game). The Mosaic™ does NOT request access to any data elsewhere on the user’s device (e.g. photos, location, address book) and does not transmit any data off the user’s device. Game data are solely stored by the following Apple Services: iCloud for Game saves and Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. Raw Fury does not use any other third-party analytics services for collecting or storing any data. We do not use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user activity when you access the Service or play the Game(s). We do not collect user’s personal data and do not store personal data on our servers. 

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE: Raw Fury does not and will not sell personal data about our users. We may only disclose your data as authorized in this statement: we may share anonymized information with the third parties listed below and if so, will always ensure when sharing such information, that such third parties adhere to the principles stated in this policy: parties with whom it might be necessary in accordance with applicable law or in connection with legal proceedings; to protect the rights and prevent harm to Raw Fury, its property and/or its users; for the prevention and detection of crime or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders. 

HOW TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL DATA:  

Within Dandara: Trials of Fear™: your data when collected by Apple Arcade will be stored in iCloud. Such collection may be disabled on iOS by clicking on the cloud icon in the load menu of the Game.  

Within The Mosaic™: your data will be stored in iCloud or sent to Game Center. Such collection may be disabled on iOS by clicking on the cloud icon in the load menu of the Game. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings.  

WHERE DO WE STORE AND PROCESS PERSONAL DATA: The Games collect data and store them on the Apple services iCloud for Game saves and – solely for the game The Mosaic™- on Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. Raw Fury does not store personal data collected in the Game(s) on its servers or anywhere else.  

OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN: The Games process data from children in the same way as for adult users, as described herein this policy. If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for the Game. To stop sending data from your child to Game Center, you must sign out your child of Game Center in Apple Settings.  

CHANGES IN THIS POLICY: This Policy may change from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page and via notice on the Service.
